Locations Overview
Konnect’s Unified Locations Panel is your single, centralized interface for managing every store and warehouse location tied to your Fynd Commerce account. With complete visibility into which accounts are active at each location and what buffer stocks are configured, you can quickly identify potential overselling risks, make a location inactive, and make data-driven decisions.

By consolidating location information and actions in one place, the Unified Locations Panel eliminates the need to toggle between multiple systems—ultimately streamlining your store operations and ensuring smooth, consistent selling experiences across all your channels.
Accessing the Locations Page
- Open Fynd Konnect and log into your seller account.

- From the main left-hand navigation bar, click on Location.
If you have already set up locations in Fynd Commerce, they will be listed here in Konnect. Otherwise, you will be redirected to configure location preferences in Fynd Commerce.

Adding and Removing Columns
Konnect allows you to tailor the unified panel to show channel- and account-specific details:
- Column Selector: Use the vertical hamburger button at the top-right of the table to view a list of available columns. The selector is divided into two sections—Demand Channels (Marketplaces & Webstores) and Supply Channels (ERP/WMS/POS).
You can filter the columns by channel, account, or other parameters to display side-by-side columns for each location and create a consolidated view of your entire retail footprint.

- Channel-Specific Columns:
- Channel Location ID: Unique identifier for this location on a particular marketplace, webstore, ERP/WMS, or POS channel.
Channel Location ID field is provided as an example; the required location identifier label may vary depending on the channel.
Buffer Stock: Set buffer stock at the location level. This value will override the account-level setting if configured. The sellable quantity displayed on the marketplace is calculated as the sellable quantity from Fynd Commerce minus the applied buffer stock. The hierarchy is as follows:
- If a product-level buffer is set, that value is used.
- If no product-level buffer exists, the location-level buffer is applied.
- Otherwise, the account-level buffer is used.
Account-level Location Status: Activate or deactivate the location for that channel. An Inactive location will not receive or send data (orders, inventory updates, etc.) for that specific channel.

You can hover over and drag the columns to reposition them according to your requirements.
