SLAs on AJIO
AJIO will set the SLA requirements with the seller/brand during the agreement signing.
Some basic requirements that the seller needs to follow are:
- 95% of the orders should be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed and 100% of the orders should be dispatched within 48 hours.
- Other metrics like order cancellation, return rate, late ship rate etc, will be set by AJIO during the agreement signing process.
