What is Fynd Seller?
  • Fynd Seller is an omnichannel platform by Fynd that provides unique integration of online, offline, logistics, and data across a single value chain.
What is Pendency report?
  • The Pendency report summarizes orders that have been placed but are not yet packed or dispatched.
  • Fynd sends this report to the stores to remind them to fulfill these orders (orders must be in a packed status before the processing time, or the marketplace will penalize them).
What metrics are displayed on the order dashboard?
  • The order dashboard displays:
    • Bags confirmed
    • To be picked
    • To be delivered
    • Orders cancelled
    • Return and RTO details
  • It shows the order processing data summary for the last 30 days.
What is meant by a locked order?
  • Locked orders or shipments are those that do not have the desired status or required information for processing.
  • Such orders are marked as locked by Fynd, and the seller cannot perform any actions on them until the issues are resolved.
Why is order creation failing on Fynd Platform?
  • Order creation may fail if the store/SKU is not mapped or if the inventory is not live on the Fynd Platform.
What are the various sections of the Fynd OMS?

The Fynd OMS comprises the following sections:

  • Order Manager:
    Displays all orders and their stages (new, confirmed, to be packed, ready for dispatch, and escalations).
    Navigate through individual tabs for detailed order information.

  • Exports:
    Check and download bulk invoices and manifests for orders.

  • Returns:
    Shows orders that are in transit as returns and those received as returns.

  • History:
    Provides order history with search functionality by order ID, invoice ID, shipment ID, return ID, etc.

  • Operational Metrics:
    Displays overall metrics including store pendency, delivery partner pendency, returns, and inward pending details.
    Navigate to individual tabs for specific details.

  • Order Metrics:
    Shows detailed order information such as orders placed, bags cancelled, pending store, pending delivery partner, in transit, delivered, RTO delivered, returned, and lost/deadstock.

What is meant by SPF policy?
  • SPF stands for Seller Protection Fund policy.
  • This policy outlines the platform's approach to handling returns of products sold or proposed to be sold by Reliance under the Dropship model.
