How do I retry creating a failed order?
Use Orders > Failed Tab > Force Create option. Input PO ID and Shipment ID.
What happens if I input wrong credentials?
Location validation will fail. Update credentials from the Locations tab.
Can I update product details post-mapping?
Yes. Update manually in the mapping interface or re-upload via bulk mapping.
My buffer stock logic isn't working.
Check that buffer is entered in the mapping screen and status is Active.
Can I edit or delete submitted configuration?
Only location credentials and buffer stock can be updated. Account name and channel config cannot be renamed after submission.
What happens to inactive mapped products?
They won’t sync inventory or orders until reactivated.
Can I bulk activate or deactivate products?
Yes—use the checkboxes on the Channel Mapping screen and select the bulk action.
How frequently is inventory sync triggered?
Inventory sync is real time for most changes and also runs via scheduled jobs multiple times daily.
Can I manage multiple FirstCry accounts from one Fynd Konnect instance?
Yes—each account must be configured separately within Konnect with its own API credentials.
How do I handle mismatched inventory between systems?
Use the Inventory Logs to identify mismatches. You can trigger reconciliation manually if required.
What if a mapped product doesn’t show on FirstCry?
Ensure the Product ID is correct, status is active, and inventory is non-zero. Also, check mapping accuracy if auto-mapped.
Can I view and download labels and invoices from Fynd Konnect?
Yes—once synced, links to labels and invoices (hosted by FirstCry) will appear on the order details page.
Are returns and exchanges tracked automatically?
Yes—through the Sales Return APIs using return and exchange identifiers.
Does Fynd support logistics managed by the seller?
No—currently we only support fulfillment by marketplace.
